One of the best productivity tools that we use for team collaboration is Trello.com. Trello boards are like digital Post-It notes and are very flexible. Automation allows us to to create incoming projects, set due dates, log and track billable time, add task details and checklists and notify users of deadlines or activity. Daily project management tasks that normally take a lot attention are completed in seconds with one email. The project cards are moved through the list workflow and action steps are easily tracked.
