Enamel Pins by Bloomfield Avenue was created as a passion project to share my love for pins. These tiny, wearable billboards are conversation-starters. They connect people with common interests, help promote awareness, can be custom-made to promote any business or event and they make excellent gifts! What's more fun than wearing something you love or giving it to someone you love?
Expressing myself has always been important. Creative outlets allow me to develop ideas and watch them come to life, both on screen and off. My insatiable hunger for new skills is fed through experimentation and continuous learning from podcasts, webinars, articles and research – all in anticipation for expanding and implementing those new skills and sharing my passions.
One of those passions is helping others discover new ways to promote their business using custom-designed enamel pins. Pins can be worn by employees, given to customers as a thank you for their order or presented to guests at marketing events. Enamel Pins by Bloomfield Avenue helps me showcase some of the design and production possibilities and serves as an outlet for my creative energy. Pin Quality Grading Scale
Pin Quality Grading Scale
Standard Pin: All pins sold from the Bloomfield Avenue Store (unless clearly marked otherwise) will meet standard grade qualification or above. These pins are meant to be worn for everyone to see. There will be no major defects on these pins, but could potentially have minor defects like glitter specs, very small scratches or metal imperfections on the pin backs or sides or tiny air bubbles. These pins do not contain any major errors.
Higher Standard - Collector's Pin: These pins are free of errors like air pockets, lint in the enamel, stray paint or glitter, metal defects on the front and sides of the pins and low or over-filled enamel. If you are looking for a pin to add to your collection, please request this when you order.
Lower Standard - Seconds Pin: These pins are for budget buyers. Defects can include multiple of any of the previously mentioned imperfections or more pronounced errors like larger air bubbles, minor discoloration or lint in the enamel. All major imperfections of any Seconds listings will be clearly described and/or discussed with the buyer. There will be separate listings for Seconds. Those listings will be clearly marked and the advertised price will reflect the errors.
